Job summary

Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Strategic Planning and Execution professional to lead enhancements for Listings, Exclusions and Inclusions (LE&I) and inventory processes, leveraging SAP to optimize backorder, substitution and allocation.

You will develop performance metrics, mentor junior teammates, and partner with business stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive technology and process improvements while communicating value and risks clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years experience, preferred.
• Deep functional knowledge of LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation with SAP.
• Experience with business partners to scope technology and process improvements.
• Strong influencing skills and partnerships with stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, required.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA, preferred.
• Analytical and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Clear, concise presentation of actions, economics and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for enhancements and defects related to LE&I, Inventory, Substitution and SAP support.
• Manage priority list for enhancements and defects.
• Facilitate charter development and governance meetings.
• Develop and grow the Super User Community.
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management to deploy training.
• Develop Community of Practice.
• Optimize business processes using technology solutions.
• Lead change management and cross‑functional communication.
• Develop metrics to quantify process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members.
