Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Strategic Planning and Execution professional for a remote US-based role, accepting candidates nationwide with preference near Dublin, OH. You will drive LE&I, inventory, substitutions and allocations processes using SAP, while partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology and process improvements.

You will mentor teammates, develop metrics, and support governance, training, and change management in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 8+ years experience, preferred
• Deep functional knowledge of LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation and SAP
• Experience with SAP, required

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for enhancements and defects related to LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation and SAP
• Manage priority list for enhancements and defects
• Facilitate charter development and governance meetings
• Develop and Grow Super User Community
• Coordinate with OCM to develop and deploy training
• Develop Community of Practice
• Optimize business processes by leveraging technology solutions
• Change management and communication within a matrixed organization
• Develop and identify metrics to quantify process improvements
• Liaison with solution Run owner and support business requirements
• Mentor junior team members
