Cardinal Health, a global healthcare services and products company, is seeking a strategic Planning and Execution professional. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States, with candidate proximity preferred to Dublin, OH and availability during EST business hours.

Responsibilities include coordinating SAP-enabled improvements, governance advocacy, and building communities of practice and super users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of LE&I, Inventory, Substitution, Allocation and SAP support.
• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow and JIRA is preferred.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with business stakeholders.
• Proven SAP experience and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for enhancements and defects related to LE&I, Inventory (backorder), Substitution, Allocation and SAP functionality.
• Manage priority list for enhancements and medium/low-priority defects.
• Facilitate charter development and advocate for requested work efforts during Governance meetings.
• Develop and Grow Super User Community.
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to develop and deploy training.
• Develop Community of Practice.
• Optimize business processes by leveraging the functionality of the technology solution.
• Change management and communication within a matrixed organization, leading through influence with multiple cross-functional groups.
• Develop and identify metrics to quantify business process improvement.
• Liaison with appropriate solution Run owner.
• Support the development of business requirements.
• Develop and mentor more junior-level team members.
