Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-driven operations and automation. You will partner across engineering and business teams to advance the AIOps program, reduce toil, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

This hands-on leader will guide small teams, drive strategic milestones, and mentor executives while influencing senior leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, IT or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders.
Collaborate across engineering, operations and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and customer experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
Perform engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
Support product evaluation and qualification on leading-edge technology components.
Ensure production schedules are followed and products meet specifications and quality requirements.
Interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product problems.
Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within SRE organization.
Execute on milestones for the AIOps program and drive strategic outcomes.
Be a self-driven, learning-focused leader.
