Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to advance our AIOps strategy and expand automation across the enterprise.

This hands-on leader will guide small teams, manage strategic milestones, and report to executives with metrics and insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
Perform engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within SRE and execute strategic milestones for AIOps.
Collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
