Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of its Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to advance the AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and expand automation enterprise-wide.

You will guide small teams, execute strategic milestones, and influence senior leaders while delivering measurable business results through automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation.
• Partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve AIOps strategy and automation footprint.
• Directly engage Humana leadership and drive strategic milestones for the AIOps program.
• Oversee teams to ensure production schedules meet specifications and quality requirements.
