Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending based in the United States to evaluate and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors, including asset-based lending and non-traditional collateral.

You will prepare risk assessments, support senior stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and stay current with market and regulatory developments while residing in an eligible U.S. state.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Working knowledge of asset-based lending concepts and collateral criteria.
• Experience with litigation finance, fund finance, or leveraged lending preferred.
• Ability to independently evaluate complex credit structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for loan committees.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions in specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build borrowing base calculations and collateral eligibility for ABL.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for credit management and loan committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and strengthen underwriting practices.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting specialty lending.
