• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor borrowing bases, advance rates, and collateral eligibility for asset-based lending.
• Assess litigation finance risks, case merits, and expected timelines.
• Evaluate sponsor experience, loan-to-value metrics, and exit strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for senior management and committees.
• Analyze multi-entity borrowers and structured lending arrangements.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting best practices.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting specialty lending.
• Ensure underwriting aligns with policies and regulatory requirements.
