Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending for a remote US position. You will evaluate complex lending transactions across specialty sectors, including asset-based lending and non-traditional structures, while supporting senior leadership and junior analysts.

The role requires deep credit judgment, strong financial modeling, and effective communication to committees. You will monitor regulatory changes and help strengthen underwriting practices within the specialty lending team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience, with exposure to specialty, structured, asset-based, or non-traditional lending.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit structuring.
• Familiarity with receivables financing concepts and asset-based lending fundamentals.
• Understanding of litigation finance fundamentals and sponsor-backed financing concepts.
• Independent judgment with ability to evaluate complex credit structures and manage workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting analyses to loan committees.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex specialty lending transactions.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral, repayment structures, and asset-based lending risk.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for senior management and loan committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to underwriting best practices.
• Monitor market, regulatory developments, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with credit leadership to support portfolio quality.
