You will assess unconventional collateral, prepare risk assessments, and contribute to underwriting practices while interfacing with senior stakeholders and credit leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7 years in progressive credit analysis, with exposure to specialty or non-traditional lending.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.

Responsibilities

• Specialty underwriting of complex lending transactions across sectors like litigation finance and fund finance.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures and assess asset-backed arrangements.
• Build borrowing base calculations and monitor collateral eligibility for asset-based lending.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for credit committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting best practices.
• Monitor market, regulatory developments and ensure compliance with policies.
