Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.
• Experience with asset-based or non-traditional lending is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor borrowing base and collateral eligibility for asset-based facilities.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for committees.
• Mentor junior analysts and share underwriting best practices.
• Monitor market, regulatory developments, and ensure policy compliance.
