Jobgether is seeking a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending based in the United States, offering a remote work arrangement for eligible states. The role focuses on underwriting complex lending transactions across specialty sectors, including asset-based and non-traditional lending, with exposure to litigation finance, fund finance, and leveraged lending.

You will assess collateral, prepare detailed credit analyses, and support senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience, with exposure to specialty lending.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, credit structuring.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor borrowing base calculations and collateral eligibility for asset-based lending.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations and risk assessments for senior management.
• Mentor junior analysts and strengthen underwriting practices.
