Qualifications

• 5+ years of capture management, proposal management, or business development within aerospace, defense, or space industries.
• Proven track record of leading and winning complex federal and/or commercial proposals.
• Experience with large-scale, technically complex space or defense programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pursuits.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of proposal development, including RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, technical and management sections, and compliance/submission readiness.
• Shape early-stage opportunities through customer engagement, competitive positioning, and win strategy development.
• Partner with Business Development to identify and qualify new pursuits aligned with growth priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal) to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and customer mission requirements; coordinate with engineering, finance, and legal.
• Drive internal alignment to reflect feasible, scalable, and competitive offerings; provide insights for future capture efforts.
• Provide technical support at trade shows and conferences.
