Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in capture management, proposal management, or business development within aerospace or space industries.
• Proven track record of leading and winning complex federal and/or commercial proposals.
• Experience with large-scale, technically complex space programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of proposal development (RFI/RFQ/RFP responses, technical and management sections).
• Shape early-stage opportunities through customer engagement and win strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and customer missions.
• Provide insights to improve future capture and proposals.
• Support technical aspects at trade shows and conferences.
