Job summary
Built is seeking a Solutions Engineer to translate complex real estate development and construction finance workflows into scalable software solutions. You will partner with Sales, Product & Engineering to ensure successful evaluations and implementations, while delivering ROI-focused demos for owners and developers.
This role requires deep technical aptitude, industry knowledge, and consultative sales skills, with travel of around 15–25% and a Nashville-area base in scope.
Qualifications
- Strong technical ability to explain complex systems and workflows.
- Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or consultative SaaS roles (proptech preferred).
- Demonstrated capability as a demo professional for diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle from discovery to solution validation.
- Redesign real estate development workflows within the platform for owner and developer prospects.
- Design tailored product demonstrations for executive and operational stakeholders.
- Quantify value with ROI-based financial models and outcome-focused messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align go-to-market and demo strategies.
- Support implementation and post-go-live by resolving complex workflow or integration challenges.
