Job summary

Built Technologies in the United States is seeking a Solutions Engineer (OGC) to translate complex real estate development and construction finance workflows into scalable software solutions.

You will partner with Sales, Product & Engineering to ensure successful evaluations, implementations, and long-term customer success, delivering ROI-focused demonstrations to owners, developers, and lenders.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude to explain complex workflows.
• Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or consultative SaaS roles.
• Proven demo professional with ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/CM platforms in real estate or construction environments (e.g., Yardi, Sage, QuickBooks Online).
• Familiarity with construction management platforms (Procore, Sage Intacct/Construction, Autodesk Construction Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle for owner and developer prospects.
• Redesign complex real estate development workflows within Built’s platform.
• Conduct discovery on current systems, pain points, and data needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations for executive and operational stakeholders.
• Build ROI-based financial models to quantify value and impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product & Engineering to align on configurations and go-to-market messaging.
