Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Voice Specialist to drive revenue growth in enterprise Voice and cloud communications. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers and other teams to craft and execute complex sales strategies across strategic accounts.

You will engage executive and technical stakeholders, translate complex capabilities into measurable outcomes, lead opportunities from discovery to close, and accelerate new business and expansion

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with a bachelor's; or 8 years with a master's; or PhD with 5 years' experience.
• Proven track record exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience closing complex new business and expansion opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in enterprise Voice, CPaaS, cloud communications, or related tech.
• Experience selling Voice or telecom solutions with complex requirements across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements and develop strategies for enterprise accounts.
• Engage executive and technical stakeholders to shape solutions and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AEs, CSMs, Solutions Engineers) to close opportunities.
• Accelerate new business and expansion within Sinch's Voice portfolio.
