• Present and demonstrate tailored technical solutions to clients.
• Create technical proposals, RFP responses, SOWs and documentation.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery teams on feasibility, budget, and timelines.
• Customer Engagement: build relationships and translate tech concepts for executives.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and training to maximize solution value.
• Product Expertise: stay updated on product/industry trends and collect VOC.
• Influence development priorities via market and customer insights.
