National Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the technical development of integrated energy and critical power solutions, including generators, microgrids, BESS, UPS, switchgear and related infrastructure. This role acts as the senior technical authority for solution development, supporting strategic opportunities and complex projects remotely.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in power systems or related technical roles.
• Experience leading complex power projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution and three-phase power.
• Experience with generators, UPS, switchgear, BESS or microgrids.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical lead for complex customer opportunities.
• Provide guidance to Energy Solutions team members.
• Establish best practices and review processes.
• Develop solution architectures and sizing methodologies.
• Review and approve designs and assumptions.
• Review drawings and customer requirements.
• Design standby, prime, and integrated energy systems.
• Prepare technical documentation (SLDs, layouts, submittals).
• Perform engineering calculations (sizing, voltage drop).
• Use sizing tools and models to support designs.
• Support sales and project teams through lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on scope and schedule.
• Support proposals and customer engagements.
• Identify technical risks and ensure accurate costing.
• Manage multiple projects with organization.
• Collaborate with Sales for strategies.
• Engage consultants and utilities.
• Identify risks during sales process.
• Develop training materials and knowledge sharing.
• Drive proposal quality and responsiveness.
• Lead development of internal tools.
• Support project execution and handover.
• Provide escalation support.
• Ensure smooth transition from design to execution.
