National Power, LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the technical development of integrated energy and critical power solutions, including generators, microgrids, BESS, UPS, switchgear, and related infrastructure. You will serve as the senior technical authority, guiding opportunities, complex projects, and technical engagements while shaping engineering standards and capabilities.

• 8+ years in power systems or related technical roles.
• Experience leading complex power generation or critical power projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and integrated energy infrastructure.
• Experience with generators, UPS, switchgear, BESS, or related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical development for complex opportunities.
• Mentor Energy Solutions Architects and Engineers; review designs.
• Develop solution architectures, sizing methodologies, and engineering tools.
• Support sales, proposals, customer engagements, and project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align scope, schedule, and deliverables.
