Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant Manager to lead a district Solutions Consulting team dedicated to guiding customers in understanding their environments, selecting the right deployments, and realizing value from Palo Alto Networks solutions. You will mentor and drive technical wins across diverse customers and stay ahead of cyber threats.

Qualifications

Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.
Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.
Knowledge of security product market trends and roadmap.
Experience delivering security solutions to customers.
Experience in selling, designing, implementing or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
Partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Strong communications and presentation skills.
Quota driven attitude.
Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews for team members.
Support field Solutions Consultants in complex evaluations and challenging environments.
Lead technical validation efforts to win opportunities.
Define development plans for team members.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams for adoption.
Provide technical leadership in customer interactions and share security trends.
Drive Platformization efforts within accounts.
Coordinate with Domain Specialist Manager to align resources.
Escalation point between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and reference accounts.
Present as an expert to all customer levels.
Discuss competitors and position Palo Alto Networks as the best option.
Work with Product Management/Marketing/R&D to capture requirements.
Travel 50-75% within the region.
Develop technical strategy with the DSM to focus on key verticals.
