Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Solutions Configuration Analyst III to drive no-code/low-code configurations and workflow automation across health IT initiatives. You will translate business needs into configured solutions, document processes, and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes data extraction for BI, requirements gathering, testing support, and release readiness, with opportunities to mentor teammates within a distributed, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years in IT business analysis and information environments.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to configured workflows.
• Strong written and oral communication across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with data management and reporting concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure no-code/low-code platforms and workflow automation.
• Extract data from disparate systems to enable BI and process improvement.
• Gather requirements, document current/future states, and create delivery plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support testing, release readiness, and operational readiness reviews.
• Provide recommendations and mentor coworkers; assist across teams.
