Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a pre-sales technical architect and proposal writer across ITSM, Service Desk, and Cloud platforms. You will translate client requirements into winning, technically sound solutions, partnering with Business Development, Capture, and Delivery leadership.

The role is hands-on, client-facing, with the ability to move between technical depth and executive storytelling. Remote, full-time, and geared toward complex IT service deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in IT services with pre-sales or proposal development.
• Experience designing ITSM/ITIL and service delivery architectures.
• Proven ability to write technical proposals for RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for pre-sales pursuits and RFP responses.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape pursuit strategy.
• Document end-to-end solutions across ITSM, Service Desk, and Cloud services.
• Develop high-level diagrams and presentations of the proposed solution.
• Write and edit proposal content with proposal writers and capture managers.
• Lead or support solutioning workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with ServiceNow, Atlassian, AWS, and Azure to incorporate capabilities.
