Job summary
Chainguard is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will enable and partner with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to deliver Chainguard solutions and secure software for customers.
You'll lead partner enablement programs, develop technical content, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate partner feedback into roadmaps. Travel up to 25% and EST location preferred.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a post-sales role supporting clients, with partner-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Lead technical enablement programs for partners and drive adoption of Chainguard Containers and Libraries
- Collaborate with alliances, channel team, SEs, and CSMs to align partner capabilities with go-to-market strategies
- Develop and maintain partner-facing technical content and reference architectures
- Support post-sales engagements including co-delivery and architecture reviews
- Act as liaison between partner ecosystem and Product/Engineering to influence roadmap
- Build understanding of partner competencies and close gaps with enablement programs
- Maintain partner architecture documentation and share best practices
- Collaborate across Chainguard and partner community
