Job summary

SHI is seeking a Presales - Senior Solutions Architect (SDDC) to lead the creation of Statements of Work and align solutions with client needs across the delivery lifecycle. This remote-friendly role focuses on driving revenue growth for professional services and partnering with sales, success, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in service delivery, modernization, and cloud technologies, while maintaining strong client relationships and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or related technical consulting.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, and security initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support clients and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth for professional services by identifying new opportunities and expanding service offerings.
• Partner with SHI stakeholder teams to develop, enhance, and position service offerings.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client engagement.
• Contribute to practice development through innovation, service advancement, and creation of standards and best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners to drive satisfaction and long-term success.
