Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Consultant - SDDC to assist customers in post-sales data center automation initiatives and private cloud deployments.

The role involves low-level design, hands-on deployment, upgrade and migration services, and integration with existing systems. This is a remote position with home office setup determined by SHI management. The candidate will lead technical efforts, mentor colleagues, and participate in pre-sales conversations while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of infrastructure/solutions architecture experience.
• 5+ years with VMware in enterprise environments.
• Travel willingness and strong virtualization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform low-level design and implementation work, including architecture analysis and design.
• Lead projects and mentor consultants; ensure successful outcomes.
• Configure and upgrade services within customer environments.
• Participate in pre-sales conversations and service planning.
• Stay current with industry trends and provide technical leadership.
