Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Senior - Solution Architect to lead telecom-global architectures from Chicago or remote locations. You will design carrier-grade messaging, voice, and identity solutions and partner with customers like T-Mobile to drive adoption and revenue across global markets.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate VOC into scalable designs, lead workshops, and guide RFI/RFP efforts while supporting enablement and strategy at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or technical solutioning in telecommunications.
• Deep domain expertise in messaging, voice, signaling, and carrier networks.
• Experience shaping complex telecom solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to carriers and enterprise customers on architecture.
• Design carrier-grade solutions across messaging, voice, and identity domains.
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to drive adoption and revenue.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and develop technical documentation.
