Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Principal, Solution Architecture to lead the design and delivery of carrier-grade messaging, voice, identity, and fraud prevention solutions. You will partner with telecom carriers and large enterprises, shaping architecture and strategy across product, engineering, sales, and customer success.

In this remote role, you will accelerate delivery, translate VOC into scalable designs, and guide customer engagements from concept through deployment for global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or related roles in telecommunications.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable, commercial solutions.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across product, eng, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect carrier-grade messaging, voice and identity solutions.
• Engage with carriers and enterprises to identify opportunities and drive adoption.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and customer workshops.
• Produce RFI/RFP responses and customer-facing design documentation.
• Partner with internal teams to accelerate delivery and reduce blockers.
