Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Telco, to translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures for service providers. This remote role focuses on guiding deployment strategy, platform adoption, and solution design for complex telco environments.

You will map workloads to the tech stack, co-design architectures with customers and partners, and influence product direction while collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/hardware engineering or solutions architecture with 3–5+ years in telecom.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering.
• Strong ability to explain complex tech to executives.
• Deep telecom service provider stack knowledge.
• Interest in AI autonomous networks.
• Experience with platform adoption initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Map customer workloads to the company's tech stack.
