Job summary

Kobie is seeking a seasoned Manager of Software Engineering to lead one or more Agile squads, delivering scalable platform capabilities and client solutions. You will mentor engineers, partner with Product Owners and Architects, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

You'll define CI/CD strategies, foster strong engineering practices, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product goals in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership or management.
• Proven experience leading Agile development teams delivering production-grade software.
• Hands-on expertise in modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Angular) and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Agile development squads, delivering scalable platform capabilities and client solutions.
• Mentor and coach engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
