Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation, preferably in B2B tech.
• Proven ownership of a social media program, not just execution of a calendar.
• Deep understanding of distinct social media cultures on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong writing skills adaptable to both brand and executive voices.
• Hands-on experience with short-form video and design tools CapCut and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Own and document the organic social strategy for multiple brands, defining audience engagement for each channel
• Maintain a dynamic four-week content calendar, ensuring visibility for stakeholders
• Set the content mix and present a quarterly plan aligning social activities with broader business goals
• Create and publish engaging social content, adapting formats for each platform
• Prepare content for live events and capture real-time moments to leverage brand visibility
• Manage social content for select executives and run the employee advocacy program end-to-end
• Define KPIs for social performance, reporting on successes and areas for improvement monthly
