SPS Commerce is seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to lead our external communications on social platforms, shaping brand voice and engagement across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

You will partner with the marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business goals. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from Minneapolis, MN or remote options, and a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital and social marketing.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives for social channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Manage a comprehensive social media editorial calendar with copy and content.
• Leverage internal tools to pre-draft content via the SPS Social Poster.
• Develop executive leaders' social presence with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Marketing, Communications, The Source, and Product teams for cohesion.
• Guide the creation of high-impact assets (graphics, GIFs, videos).
• Monitor metrics and optimize reach and engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages to foster a positive online community.
