Job summary

Interdependence is seeking an Organic Social Manager to lead B2B social strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and more. You’ll ghostwrite for executives, direct video and clips, and drive pipeline through organic social growth.

The role blends strategy with creator execution in a fast-moving, AI-aware setting. You'll build content calendars, develop fresh concepts, and translate complex tech into credible thought leadership.

Qualifications

6–9 years of organic social management in an agency setting for B2B clients.
Proven track record of generating leads and pipeline via organic social.
Deep expertise on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube with results for tech/AI audiences.

Responsibilities

Own organic social strategy, calendars, and day-to-day execution for B2B clients across platforms.
Lead video-first content strategy, clipping, and executive ghostwriting in authentic voice.
Develop social concepts, write posts, and present performance insights to clients.
Build and run clipping engines turning long-form assets into short clips.
Monitor performance metrics and drive optimization with a focus on lead generation.
Collaborate with account, creative, and PR teams to align social with campaigns.
