Job summary

Commerce is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the organic social program across its brand family, including social support for leadership. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on content creation, and live-moment coverage to drive engagement and brand impact.

You will own a rolling content calendar, craft posts for multiple channels, and manage executive social content and employee advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy and content creation, B2B tech experience preferred.
• Owned a social program, not just a calendar.
• Strong writing with ability to adapt voice across brands.
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own documented organic social strategy and a rolling four-week content calendar for multiple brands.
• Write captions, threads, and video scripts; publish on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Capture live moments: cover keynotes and events with raw video/photos.
• Draft and manage social content for senior leaders; run employee advocacy program.
• Define KPIs, report monthly, and test formats to improve engagement.
