Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution of social programs driving measurable business impact. Own organic and paid social presence while partnering with Demand Gen, Product & Industry Marketing, Brand & Communications, and Executive Leadership.

You will build and execute social strategies to support full-funnel marketing, from brand visibility to conversion, and amplify thought leadership across executive voices and employee advocacy programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media, digital marketing, brand & communications, or demand generation.
• Data-driven with campaign performance analysis experience.
• Strong writing and content instincts.
• Experience supporting executive social presence.
• Familiar with ABM strategies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social strategy across the funnel.
• Own day-to-day publishing on YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership.
• Translate long-form content into high-performing social formats.
• Lead employer branding and recruiting social initiatives.
• Measure engagement, reach, and lead generation performance.
