MasterClass is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end organic social strategy for MasterClass Certificates, driving campaigns from kickoff and through optimization across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, GTM and other teams, using performance data to grow professional audiences and to shape AI-enabled workflows that boost creativity and efficiency in our social programs.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years owning organic social for a recognized brand.
• Experience building and growing engaged audiences.
• Data-driven, using social performance and audience insights to inform content, formats, and strategy.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments and translates trends into brand-appropriate content.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end organic social strategy and execution for MasterClass Certificates.
• Develop and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional teams to build social concepts and integrate social across campaigns.
• Use performance data and insights to refine content and channel strategy and share learnings with stakeholders.
• Contribute to evergreen and brand social initiatives while exploring AI-enabled workflows to improve creativity and efficiency.
