Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability to plan, execute, and deliver programs that improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and services.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, and operations to apply SRE best practices and translate technical detail into actionable updates. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Director, Cloud and Production Engineering, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in high-tech, with 5+ years in technical program management or SRE
• Experience managing 25+-person programs and delivering on deadlines
• Experience presenting plans and updates to leadership
• Experience with SRE principles, observability, incident response, and automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible), and monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
• Experience building dashboards and data-driven project delivery
• Experience with Jira/Asana/Microsoft Project and agile frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SRE programs including incident management and capacity planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align priorities and track deliverables
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and leadership reports
• Support post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis
• Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders with business impact translation
