Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability to plan, execute, and deliver programs that improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and services. You will coordinate across engineering, product, and operations, translating complex tech details into clear updates for leadership.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Cloud and Production Engineering and is structured as an individual contributor position with remote work options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in the High-Tech Industry, including 5+ years in technical program management or SRE
• Experience managing technically complex programs with 25+ team members
• Experience presenting program plans to leadership
• Experience with SRE principles: observability, incident response, automation
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform/Ansible), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience building dashboards and data-driven decision making
• Experience with Jira/Asana/Microsoft Project and agile/scrum
• Experience managing competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SRE programs, including incident management, release management, observability, automation, and capacity planning
• Coordinate work across software engineers, SREs, DevOps, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and reports for leadership
• Support post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders with business impact
