DocuSign is seeking an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own infrastructure-as-code, automation, and operational maturity across our security platform portfolio. You will work with Core Platform and DevOps to ensure high availability and self-service tooling.

The role reports to the Director, Identity and Access Management and requires strong leadership, Azure/Cloud experience, and a focus on governance and security automation. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office requirements.

Formación

• 12+ years in SRE/cloud infra/security engineering or 8+ years with a Master’s degree
• 3+ years leading a production platform as senior/lead engineer
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Azure Monitor/Log Analytics
• Experience with Terraform (modules, multi-environment design)
• Experience building automated release pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Python development
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, observability, incident response
• Experience with technical writing and aligning stakeholders across teams

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage underlying infrastructure, monitoring, telemetry, and compute environments
• Lead IaC strategy for Microsoft Sentinel, including ingestion pipelines and cost optimization
• Develop reusable Terraform and ARM/Bicep modules deployed via CI/CD with policy gates
• Architect cross-functional workflows linking ITSM, messaging, and SIEM/SOAR
• Stand up automated security sandboxes for adversary simulation testing
• Establish monitoring and validation for AI-driven tool safety prior to production
• Contribute to internal developer portal with vulnerability metrics and guardrails
• Automate evidence gathering for regulatory benchmarks and audits
• Mentor engineers and guide technical roadmap across security, DevOps, and product teams
