Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a senior Lead Incident Commander/SRE to lead critical incidents across technology, products, and security.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Site Reliability Engineering, you will apply operational discipline and automation to improve availability, reliability, and scalability. This is an individual contributor role with a 24x7x365 shift pattern and remote/hybrid designation depending on position.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Incident Management or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with Incident Management tools and have strong programming skills.
• Experience in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving in a 24x7x365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Incident Commanders and coordinate critical incidents across technology, products, and security.
• Participate in a rotational shift 24x7x365 and manage incident response lifecycle.
• Monitor high-level incident data, provide insights, and propose improvements.
