Docusign is seeking a Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering to lead a high-performing team in delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for a global SaaS platform. You will guide SREs, implement error budgets and SLOs, and champion automated tooling and internal platforms to empower 2,000+ developers.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in infrastructure/SRE, strong automation experience, and hands-on cloud know-how with Azure and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

Experience leading SRE/infrastructure teams in a large SaaS environment.
Strong automation mindset and IaC practices.
Proficiency with Go or Python for automation and tooling.
Ability to translate user impact into technical decisions.
Experience with incident management and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

Drive day-to-day reliability, availability, and performance of the global platform.
Lead teams building reliability tools, automation, and internal APIs.
Mentor and grow SREs, fostering learning and psychological safety.
Partner with product/dev teams on SLOs and error budgets to protect users.
Champion Internal Developer Platform adoption to streamline developer velocity.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance for aligned delivery.
Introduce Chaos Engineering and self-healing measures to shift from reactive to proactive.
