Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Incident Commander to lead, identify, facilitate, and resolve critical incidents across technology, products, and security. You will guide stakeholders, including executives, and help shape the service excellence practice with disciplined operations, engineering principles, and automation for availability and reliability.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Site Reliability Engineering and requires a rotational 24x7 schedule.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Incident Management or Site Reliability Engineering, including leadership of major incidents and high-severity situations.
• Experience with Incident Management tools and have strong programming skills
• Experience in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving in a 24x7x365 environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Docusign's incident management.
• Participate in a rotational shift 24x7x365.
• Monitor and evaluate high-level incident-based data for anomalies and correlations to provide insights and propose improvements.
