Job summary

Adobe's Reliability Engineering team is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate large-scale SaaS products like Document Cloud. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; higher degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in SRE or related field.
• Deep understanding of both software engineering and technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of uptime and QoS for Adobe's customers.
• Define SLOs and SLIs to represent service quality.
• Embed with product teams to develop collaboration.
• Identify resiliency improvements via performance testing, code review, and chaos engineering.
• Support and maintain multi-cloud environments including AWS and Azure.
• Automate common, repeatable tasks at scale to reduce toil.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to reliability engineering and build AI-enabled automation.
• Solve performance and stability issues with diverse tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Determine root causes for production incidents and write RCA reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge; may lead reliability initiatives.
• Promote the DevOps/SRE mentality.
