Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end technical programs across the engineering stack. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal and Finance to deliver impactful features and scale platform systems.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of Program Management and Operations and requires 8+ years leading global programs. A hybrid in-office/remote arrangement is typical, with weekly office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global programs.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of technical PLG initiatives across the full engineering stack.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Support, Legal, Finance and IT.
• Maintain communication plans and update leadership on timelines and results.
• Identify dependencies and manage risks to project delivery.
