Job summary

Jobgether's partner company in the United States is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to advance the reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise SaaS products. You will help build resilient cloud infrastructure and drive SRE best practices across engineering teams.

You will lead incident response, implement AI-powered observability, and automate deployment and runbooks while collaborating with SRE and software engineers to meet SLAs and SLOs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience on Azure or AWS.
• 5+ years programming in C#/.NET, Java, or similar.
• 5+ years with CI/CD and IaC tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible.
• 5+ years monitoring/observability with Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AKS/EKS.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience in 24/7 production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to strengthen infrastructure resilience and performance of SaaS services.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and SLO/SLAs.
• Automate deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive AI/AIOps integration to improve reliability.
• Own incident response as on-call and perform RCA.
