Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with production ownership in SRE or related
• Advanced proficiency in distributed systems troubleshooting
• Experience with cloud platforms and tooling (Azure, Kubernetes/AKS) and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own service readiness, SLOs, and incident quality for key platforms
• Lead complex reliability initiatives including root cause analysis
• Design resilient, scalable systems with observability and failover
• Participate in architecture reviews for scalability and resilience
• Mentor engineers in reliability practices
• Maintain on-call readiness and improve MTTR
