Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer in the United States to drive cloud modernization and automation across AWS and Kubernetes environments. You will design scalable infrastructure, implement IaC, and lead cross-functional teams to improve observability and service availability.

You will mentor engineers, manage CI/CD pipelines, and oversee incident management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability within a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in SRE/cloud infrastructure/DevOps.
• Hands-on AWS experience (RDS, Elastic Beanstalk, EKS).
• Terraform or CloudFormation experience.
• Scripting/automation (Python preferred).
• Java/.NET programming experience.
• Kubernetes cluster management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructures on AWS.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Build dashboards and monitoring (CloudWatch, Datadog).
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices across teams.
