Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in the United States to lead deployment automation for a data security platform used by enterprise and government customers. You will drive off-line and disconnected deployment strategies, implement reproducible workflows, and collaborate with Platform and Delivery teams to uphold security and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping to air-gapped or disconnected environments.
• Build offline installation bundles and reliable upgrade workflows.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise across multiple distributions (EKS, OpenShift, RKE2, k3s).
• Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, OpenTofu, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Create reproducible test environments for various Kubernetes distributions and identity providers.
• Replace toil with automation and reusable software, not just docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer/leadership communication.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment automation for the data security platform across customer environments.
• Define release readiness criteria and act as the authority for deployments.
• Build end-to-end delivery workflows for air-gapped environments with offline bundles and SBOMs.
• Collaborate with QA to test across Kubernetes distributions and identity providers.
• Automate a customer-facing compatibility matrix for environment assessment.
• Establish IaC baselines for reproducible deployments.
