Mobile Wave Solutions is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the health, performance and delivery of the client infrastructure. You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and quality, automating away toil and making the path from commit to production fast and dependable.

You’ll mentor peers, define reliable practices, and apply AI/AIOps to monitor, alert, and respond intelligently while shaping our reliability strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or Platform Engineering owning end-to-end systems.
• Strong fundamentals in SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction.
• Hands-on with CI/CD design and modern IaC tooling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) and containers (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Proficient in automation languages (Python/Go/Bash).
• Familiar with AI/AIOps for anomaly detection and remediation.
• Knowledge of security/compliance (SOC 2/ISO 27001/GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure, build, maintain, and scale systems with reliability and cost efficiency.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs and error budgets; quantify system behavior.
• Automate toil away with IaC and self-healing systems.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for safe, fast production.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA on testing, deployment, reliability.
• Apply AI/AIOps to automate remediation and reduce alert noise.
• Lead incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Mentor engineers and shape reliability strategy.
