Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager (Sponsor Dedicated / Remote - US Based) to develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for Pharma & Vaccine studies.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and major academic institutions to craft robust contracts while minimizing risk and ensuring operational excellence. Oncology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development for US Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and key stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize CTAs balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification).
• Elevate risks or delays impacting CTA delivery and timelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTM systems; maintain trackers.
